🇬🇧 This is one of the smallest and richest countries in the world, in fact it has 23.000 companies registered while the population is only around 40.000. They use the Swiss franc and speak German. It is easily reachable by train from Zurich, and it can be visited in one day. 🚶🏽‍♀️

The king's family lives in the castle from where you can see the whole capital city, Vaduz. 👸🏽
I was there a long time ago with a friend and I still remember the silence surrounding us and the white mountains embracing the city. 🏔

🇪🇸 Este es uno de los países más pequeños y ricos del mundo; de hecho, cuenta con 23.000 empresas registradas y una población de alrededor de 40.000 habitantes. Utilizan la moneda suiza y hablan alemán. Es fácilmente accesible en tren desde Zúrich y se puede visitar en un día. 🚶🏽‍♀️

La familia real reside en el castillo, desde donde se divisa toda la capital, Vaduz. 👸🏽
Estuve allí hace mucho tiempo con una amiga y aún recuerdo el silencio que nos envolvía y las montañas blancas que abrazaban la ciudad. 🏔

🇮🇹 Questo è uno dei paesi più piccoli e ricchi del mondo: conta infatti 23.000 aziende registrate a fronte di una popolazione di circa 40.000 abitanti. Si usa la valuta svizzera e si parla tedesco. È facilmente raggiungibile in treno da Zurigo e si può visitare in un solo giorno. 🚶🏽‍♀️

La famiglia reale risiede nel castello da cui si gode una vista panoramica sull'intera capitale, Vaduz. 👸🏽
Ci sono stato molto tempo fa con un'amica e ricordo ancora il silenzio che ci circondava e le montagne bianche che abbracciavano la città. 🏔

🇬🇧 Vilnius is the capital of Lithuania. The city is located in the southeast of the country, near the border with Belarus. Its historic center is famous for being one of the best-preserved medieval quarters in Eastern Europe.

Trakai Island Castle, Trakai - Lithuania

🇬🇧 The Trakai Island Castle is located in Lake Galvė, Lithuania. It was one of the main centers of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the castle held great strategic importance.
The construction was begun in the 14th century. During different phases it faced expansions that added new sections decorated by various styles.
After the last reconstructions the frescos were restored and now it's a main attraction of the country.

🇮🇹 Il castello dell'isola di Trakai si trova sul lago Galvė, in Lituania. Fu uno dei principali centri del Granducato di Lituania e il castello ricopriva una grande importanza strategica.
La costruzione iniziò nel XIV secolo. Durante diverse fasi subì ampliamenti che aggiunsero nuove sezioni decorate con stili diversi.
Dopo gli ultimi restauri gli affreschi furono restaurati e ora è una delle principali attrazioni del paese.

🇪🇸 El Castillo de la Isla de Trakai se encuentra en el lago Galvė, Lituania. Fue uno de los principales centros del Gran Ducado de Lituania y tuvo una gran importancia estratégica.
Su construcción comenzó en el siglo XIV. A lo largo de varias fases, experimentó ampliaciones, añadiendo nuevas secciones decoradas con diversos estilos.
Tras las últimas renovaciones, se restauraron los frescos y ahora es una de las principales atracciones del país.

Klaipėda - Lithuania

🇬🇧 After a taste of the Baltic countries we follow this journey visiting Klaipeda, a nice city on the coast of Lithuania, it looks like a small city but it's one of the most famous places for Lithuanians' trips, in fact many of them spend the summer here. In winter it's very cold, but it has a nice atmosphere.

🇮🇹 Dopo un assaggio dei Paesi Baltici, proseguiamo il nostro viaggio visitando Klaipeda, una graziosa città sulla costa della Lituania. Sembra una piccola città, ma è una delle mete più gettonate per i turisti lituani, infatti molti trascorrono qui l'estate. In inverno fa molto freddo, ma l'atmosfera è piacevole.

🇪🇸 Después de una muestra de los paises bálticos seguimos este viaje visitando Klaipeda, una bonita ciudad en la costa de Lituania, parece una ciudad pequeña pero es uno de los lugares más famosos para los viajes lituanos, de hecho muchos de ellos pasan el verano aquí. En invierno hace mucho frío, pero tiene una bonita atmósfera.

Kalēju iela, Riga - Latvia
•
🇬🇧 In Riga, two black cat statues on a roof tell a legend: a merchant, rejected by the Chamber of Commerce, in protest placed them with their backs turned toward the Chamber of Commerce and the city hall.

The Art Nouveau building is now a tourist attraction. The request was accepted on the condition that the cats were turned around, in fact their current position is not their original one.

🇮🇹 A Riga due statue di gatti neri su un tetto raccontano una leggenda: un commerciante, respinto dalla Camera di Commercio, in segno di protesta le collocò con il posteriore rivolto verso di essa e verso il comune.

L’edificio in stile Art Nouveau è oggi un’attrazione turistica. Alla fine la richiesta fu accettata a patto di girare i gatti, infatti la loro posizione attuale non è quella originale.

🇪🇸 En Riga, dos estatuas de gatos negros en un tejado cuentan una leyenda: un comerciante, rechazado por la Cámara de Comercio, las colocó en protesta, con el trasero mirando hacia la Cámara y el ayuntamiento.

El edificio Art Nouveau es ahora una atracción turística. La petición fue finalmente concedida con la condición de que los gatos fueran girados, y de hecho su posición actual no es la original.

Restoran Olde Hansa, Tallinn - Estonia

🇬🇧 Different types of local fish, lentils, some vegetables and a bit of decoration. These are the recipes of Estonia, a medieval history, something that really is worth tasting once you're there.
In the center you can find many restaurants that provide a real experience, with all the surrounding looking as if you had a journey to ancient times. You will be surprised by every detail, so I don't spoil too much... Go and live it.

🇮🇹 Diversi tipi di pesce locale, lenticchie, alcune verdure e qualche decorazione. Queste sono le ricette dell'Estonia, una storia medievale, qualcosa che vale davvero la pena assaggiare una volta arrivati.
In centro si trovano molti ristoranti che offrono un'esperienza autentica, con tutto l'ambiente circostante che sembra un viaggio nell'antichità. Rimarrete sorpresi da ogni dettaglio, quindi non vi spoilero troppo... andateci e vivetelo.
