🌿 Glow & Gut Healing Smoothie 🥤

Taking care of your gut doesn’t have to be complicated… sometimes it’s as simple as what you blend in the morning 💚

This smoothie is one of my go-to for:
✨ better digestion
✨ less bloating
✨ natural energy (no crashes!)
✨ that healthy glow from the inside out

Ingredients:

• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 1 handful spinach
• ½ frozen banana
• ½ cup mixed berries
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp flaxseeds
• 1 scoop clean protein (optional)
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp honey (optional)

✨Healing Gut Soup Recipe ✨

Ingredients:

• 6 cups chicken broth (organic or homemade if possible)
• 2 carrots, chopped
• 2 celery stalks, chopped
• 1 zucchini, chopped
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat
2. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes
3. Add carrots and celery, cook for 5 minutes
4. Pour in broth and bring to a boil
5. Add zucchini and reduce to simmer
6. Cook for 15–20 minutes
7. Season and top with parsley

• Shredded chicken (for protein)
• Ginger (anti-inflammatory)
• Turmeric (supports gut + hormones)

Warm foods = easier digestion
