Take a ride down the Grand Canal with a singing Italian. Allow his friend to hitch a ride for a bottle of prosecco 🍾 (also allow him to photo bomb your in front of the Rialto Bridge). Wander through Piazza San Marco & swing around a lamppost in front of Lido. 💚🤍❤️

Wildlife conservation is central to their organization - which of course is very important before deciding to support any animal sanctuary. On top of the up close animal encounters, the views of the city are also pretty spectacular! ✨🇦🇺

Fortunately we had time to see the Escada Selaròn in Lapa before we went home. This world famous staircase of enormous mosaic art is named after the Chilean artist, Jorge Selaròn. It is his “tribute to the people of Brazil.” 🇧🇷💛💚💙

We decided to leave Carnival a little early (it goes til 7am 💃🏼) to go watch the sun come up over Copacabana... since their beaches stay closed for now, swipe thru to enjoy our view! 🇧🇷

Revisiting Rio! 🌅
Since these iconic beaches will remain closed for the next year 😞 I wanted to share some snaps of our Carnival trip from 2017 (pre-social distance days)! 🌎
Obviously the sunsets are mandatory on the itinerary, and the ones over Mountain in are some of the best, especially when you can watch with friends! 💕

staying local! 🏡 The City of Angels is slowly reopening, one outdoor-retail store at a time, and we all couldn’t be happier! Just make sure you bring your mask. 😷 The piers are still closed for now, but at least our beaches are open! 🏖

Missing you all even more these days as many of us are getting used to our land legs! And those of us who are still working are unable to give our full-out service, but still there to help, smiling behind their masks. 😷
This lifestyle is so unique that your office will leave without you, you could end up in Paris when you thought you’re going to Chicago, and coworkers can become your brothers and sisters after one flight, working next to you and serving people around the globe. And it’s amazing, 90 years after the first stew cleared the runway for us. 💕 Don’t worry, soon! Until then, we’ll continue to write travel stories and share our photos!
