Si è conclusa proprio in questa settimana la prima parte delle registrazioni finali del basso del nostro 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗢 𝗖𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗜 presso i RecLab Studios di Buccinasco! 🎸🔥

Il mosaico sonoro del nuovo album si sta componendo pezzo dopo pezzo.
Con il groove di Marco abbiamo aggiunto uno degli ultimi, fondamentali tasselli che ci porteranno finalmente a rivelare il nostro prossimo disco.

Siamo carichi e non vediamo l'ora di farvelo ascoltare!

The first part of the final bass recordings of our 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗢 𝗖𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗜 at the RecLab Studios in Buccinasco ended this week! 🎸🔥

The sound mosaic of the new album is coming together piece by piece.
With Marco's groove we have added one of the last, fundamental pieces that will finally lead us to reveal our next album.

We are excited and can't wait to let you listen to it!

La notizia era nell’aria già da un po’, ma ora è ufficiale: il leggendario 𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗗 𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗜𝗥 farà parte anche del secondo album targato Julius Project.
Icona del prog e straordinario musicista e cantante di band storiche come Camel, Caravan e Hatfield and the North, Sinclair ha prestato la sua voce a uno dei nuovi brani che ascolterete molto presto.
E possiamo assicurarvelo: anche questa volta la sua interpretazione è da brividi, vi lascerà davvero a bocca aperta, noi siamo già emozionati al solo pensiero.
La strada verso il nuovo album si accorcia sempre di più.
Stiamo arrivando!

The news had been in the air for a while, but now it’s official: the legendary 𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗗 𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗜𝗥 will also be part of the second album by Julius Project.
An icon of prog and an extraordinary musician and singer from historic bands such as Camel, Caravan and Hatfield and the North, Sinclair has lent his voice to one of the new tracks you’ll be hearing very soon.
And we can assure you: once again his performance is breathtaking and will truly leave you speechless.
We are already thrilled just thinking about it. The road to the new album is getting shorter and shorter.
We’re coming!

Nel percorso verso il prossimo album targato Julius Project siamo felici di dare il benvenuto a 𝐄𝐍𝐙𝐎 𝐕𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐆𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐎, che suonerà per noi la marimba in uno dei brani.
Napoletano ma da tempo a Lodi, Enzo si è avvicinato alla musica fin da giovanissimo, studiando batteria e percussioni da autodidatta e, in età matura, dedicandosi anche alla marimba.
La sua esperienza spazia dal jazz/fusion alla musica inedita, con collaborazioni in diverse band e progetti musicali, tra cui Macchina Pneumatica, Mondorux Orchestra e The Round Robins.
Siamo felici che abbia voluto portare la sua creatività e la sua esperienza nel progetto: entusiasti di condividere questa nuova tappa con lui non vediamo l'ora di farvi scoprire insieme a noi il suono delle nostre nuove canzoni!

On the path toward the next Julius Project album, we are happy to welcome 𝐄𝐍𝐙𝐎 𝐕𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐆𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐎, who will be playing the marimba on one of the tracks.
Originally from Naples but long based in Lodi, Enzo has been passionate about music since a young age, studying drums and percussion as a self-taught musician and, later in life, dedicating himself also to the marimba.
His experience spans from jazz/fusion to original music, with collaborations in various bands and musical projects, including Macchina Pneumatica, Mondorux Orchestra, and The Round Robins.
We are thrilled that he has chosen to bring his creativity and experience to the project, and we can’t wait to share this new chapter with him and let you discover the sound of our new songs alongside us!

Manca sempre meno al nuovo album, e una delle grandi novità del seguito di «Cut the Tongue» è che, sebbene Julius abbia scritto la maggior parte delle musiche e dei testi, per questa seconda fatica è stato affiancato dalla preziosa collaborazione di 𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐎 𝐃𝐄 𝐒𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐎.
La squadra si è quindi arricchita con un autore illustre: paroliere, giornalista, collaboratore di Rolling Stone Italia e molte altre testate, sempre attento al rock progressivo e con una conoscenza perfetta della lingua inglese, De Sarno ha messo a disposizione di tutti noi di Julius Project la sua esperienza e il suo sguardo, partecipando anche alle registrazioni che abbiamo completato poche settimane fa a Buccinasco.
Gli siamo davvero grati, e non vediamo l'ora di condividere con voi questo lavoro, ancora più profondo e sorprendente.

The wait for the new album is almost over, and one of the big novelties compared to Cut the Tongue is that, although Julius wrote most of the music and lyrics, for this second effort he was joined by the valuable contribution of 𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐎 𝐃𝐄 𝐒𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐎.
The team has therefore been enriched by a distinguished author: a lyricist, journalist and contributor to Rolling Stone Italia and many other outlets, always focused on progressive rock and with a perfect command of the English language, De Sarno shared with all of us at Julius Project his experience and his perspective, also taking part in the recording sessions we completed a few weeks ago in Buccinasco.
We thank him deeply, and we can’t wait to share this work with you — even more profound and surprising.
