We have participated in Boeing Aeromodelling Competition-AerotriX held in IIT Madras during Shaastra'16.As it turned out, we were successful in making an impression at the event.

Team Curtiss R/C recently participated in AVIATE'20, a national level aero-design competition conducted by NITC(National Institute of Technology, Calicut). The competition was conducted in online mode.

The team, with its hard work and determination, bagged the 3rd Position Overall and 2nd Position in Design Report Category.

There were THREE STAGES in the competition:- Design Report Submission, Technical Presentation, and Q & A. Team Curtiss R/C successfully cleared all the three stages of the competition. Our aircraft, AETOS, was able to achieve the primary flight objectives and complete the given mission statements.

Team Curtiss RC, a complete squadron of passionate aerospace enthusiasts, who think anticipate and explore much more about the physics behind the engineering marvel, that is plane. Rightly called as pilots of our university, we design, fabricate and pilot our own planes.
