An evening stroll along the Seine, revisiting places I love. Crossing Pont Neuf, which despite its name is the oldest bridge in Paris, and passing by La Samaritaine glowing in the evening light.
The highlight was the Luminescence show at Saint-Eustache. Music, a poetic historical narrative, a live orchestra and opera singers filling the church. Truly breathtaking.

Varanasi - indian sunset on the Holy river Ganga. Some moments do not need words. They simply stay with you. 🕯️✨

Varanasi - Indian Sunrise on the Ganges, the Holy River. Early boat ride along the river’s Ghats where people were praying, bathing, saying goodbye… Life and death sharing the same space…

Visiting the Golden Temple in Amritsar, India, and witnessing its langar, the world’s largest free community kitchen, touched my heart.
Every single day, between 50,000 and 100,000 hot meals are prepared and served here.
I spent time with several of the women who volunteer there. Their devotion, kindness, and quiet strength moved me deeply. They show up, day after day, not for recognition, but for service. Service to community. Service to humanity.
What touched me most is that this sacred act of giving is carried out entirely by volunteers who stand side by side, chopping vegetables, stirring giant pots, serving plates, cleaning floors, all to ensure that no one, no matter their faith, leaves hungry.
They invited me to go back and stay for 8 days and work with them. Who knows, I might do that, one day.
To everyone who volunteers in this incredible kitchen and to anyone, anywhere, who gives their time to make others’ lives better: thank you.

Still wrapped in the quiet magic of this morning at the Golden Temple in Amritsar. At 3.30 am, we joined the sacred ceremony of taking the Holy Book into the Temple, and it felt like stepping into a river of devotion, light, and love.
Being held in this space, surrounded by prayer, humility, and the soft glow of dawn, filled me with deep gratitude and a peaceful, expansive energy. I carry this blessing in my heart today.
Forever grateful for this experience, and for the love and humanity that moves through places like this. ✨🙏💛

Old Delhi held me with its colours and its chaos, its gentle people and its vibrant pulse.

The world meets you where your perception begins.
Rumi's words bring through poetry what science has long discovered:
It’s not what happens to you, but the way you see, hear, and feel that shapes your reality.
What if today you looked at a challenge through curiosity instead of judgment?
What if you listened to someone you love as if hearing them for the first time?
What if you treated your own feelings as a guide instead of a verdict?
Shift the angle a fraction and the whole picture tilts—new colors, new choices.
Reality isn’t fixed. It’s a conversation, waiting for your next move.
How might you choose to see differently, today? 💫

Rosslyn Chapel, another piece of Scotland that moved me deeply. A marvel of intricate craftsmanship, mystery, symbolism and resistance to the passing of time and a cold, humid climate.

Isle of Skye. Loved every minute. Braved the winds, the rain, the narrow streets and loved its energy, people, food and nature. ❤️
