Serving an 8-course progressive Odia tasting menu for you was a highlight of my career. My team and I take great pride in reimagining the rich culinary heritage of Odisha, and it was a privilege to share our modern interpretations of these traditional flavors with you.

True love I can feel in every pc of Black Rice.
My Mother in Law . My Mother she is 92 years old still she is doing her all work herself , cooking , cleaning, everything, she never took a drop of oil in her life in food Wht ever she eats .
Every year I go to Manipur , I bring back memories filled with love , happiness and 40kg minimum extra luggage with love from my JOO’S family lots of local delicacies.
You can see the preparation started………
