Some birdies for the planters back again. New colours and new designs … some hand carved too this time.

We’ve been a little quiet online lately, and we know it may have felt like we went missing in action. But behind the scenes, the studio has been anything but still. The work has been unfolding in full swing—hands deep in clay, ideas evolving, and forms slowly finding their voice. Our handmade ceramic pieces are taking on new shapes and expressions, and truthfully, the images you see here only scratch the surface. Many of the single pieces photographed are actually part of larger, thoughtfully designed sets, each element speaking to the other in subtle ways.
Alongside this, we’ve been developing new products and experimenting with combinations of techniques—pushing material boundaries while staying rooted in the essence of handmade ceramics. This phase has been about process, patience, and refinement, which sometimes means more doing than posting. Every piece coming out of the studio carries the weight of that exploration.

We’re looking forward to sharing more of these new ideas and products with you soon. As the work settles into its final form, we’re excited to slowly bring these pieces—and the process behind them—into view. There’s much in progress at – Poetry in Clay, and this is just the beginning.
