*Job Summary*

*Key Responsibilities*
• Handle inbound calls from US customers professionally and courteously.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

*Selection Process – 5 Rounds*
*1.HR Round / Telephonic* : Evaluates your communication skills, personality, and cultural fit for the company
*2. Written Test*: Basic English, grammar, comprehension, and process-related assessment.
*3. Reading & Communication Round*: Assessment of reading ability, pronunciation, fluency, and communication.
*4. Project Manager /OPS Round*: Evaluation of customer handling, problem-solving, process suitability, and overall fit.
*5. US Client Final Round*: Final interview conducted directly by the US client; selection is subject to client Approval.

*Selection Note* : Candidates must successfully clear each round to proceed to the next stage. Final selection will be based on overall performance and successful completion of the US Client interview

*Job Summary*
The Mobile Refurbishment Technician will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, refurbishing, testing, and grading pre-owned smartphones. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in smartphone refurbishment, particularly iPhones and Android devices, with the ability to restore devices to near new condition through quality repairs and cosmetic refurbishment.

*Key Responsibilities*
• Hands-on experience in inspecting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting iPhone and Samsung smartphones for hardware and functional defects up to L3/L4 level. Experience with both iPhone and Samsung is mandatory.
• Perform refurbishment and repair of smartphones to restore full functionality.
• Replace faulty components including displays, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons, back glass, and other hardware parts.
• Perform cosmetic refurbishment to improve the appearance of devices, ensuring they meet Badili's quality standards.
• Conduct smartphone grading based on cosmetic and functional condition.
• Carry out comprehensive quality checks and functional testing before device approval.
• Identify and source the correct replacement parts required for repairs.
• Repair or replace defective components while maintaining high workmanship standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, testing results, and refurbishment activities.
• Provide repair assessments and estimate materials required for refurbishment.
• Ensure all devices meet company quality standards before packaging and dispatch.
• Maintain repair tools, equipment, and workstations in good working condition.
• Stay updated on new smartphone models, repair techniques, and refurbishment processes.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality guidelines during refurbishment activities.
• Support team members and contribute to achieving daily refurbishment targets.
