When client approached us to design Furniture display centre + Office space, we were thrilled to see the architectural space!
Glass Box facing to North and East and Steel structure made it appear very light. The structure also has a lot of green areas around.
Hence the design ideology is based on focussing on the products with the overall space acting as the backdrop.
The double height atrium enhances the entry experience while the central atrium with palm trees continues to connect with the outdoors.
We attempted not block any natural light to appreciate the products in a better way.

At BD it's a lot about having fun together.
BD participated in the CRE CUP where top Architecture & PMC teams participated. BD lost to M Moser, but not without a fight. BD's efforts in this tournament would be remembered for a tie (and a super over later) and a mind blowing catch.
While pitching for tenders, we often come across pre bid meetings in which we have to raise queries regarding the project.
I have often seen clients and project manager's amalgamating all question sheets from all designers and replying to all of them on a common platform.
While the intent behind the same is good, I strongly oppose the move. Because many a times we end up asking questions which are related to some radical design thinking!! By exposing them on a common platform, it actually destroys the ideological advantage that we will have while design presentation !!
The same goes with technical queries too. Let there be vendor based replies only. Whoever asks maximum queries, gets maximum answers.
Our queries are a reflection of our knowledge and experience.

Friday working with sketches!
Beyond BIM is doing some path breaking work in the field of BIM not just for project visualisation but towards BOQs, BOMs and making things easily constructible in this rapid growth of construction sector.

Our repeat project with this Indian IT giant. We played with some bold colours and graphics in the community areas and kept it simple muted in the enclosed spaces.
The end result - a stunning space much liked by Gen Z !!

We believe in working hard and more so in partying harder. We went on a office trip in Goa thinking that we will have a structured plan including a few seminars and team bonding exercises. However, we ended up partying, travelling and enjoying each others company throughout the whole trip.
