The fundamental exercises while learning strength training are the big three ( squats, bench press and deadlifts ). While many may be able to perform the lift , they lack the lift's purpose , safely precautions , anatomical consequences and correct cueing.
We are creating a workshop to produce this understanding.
Executing a lift won't just involve shifting weights from Point A to Point B after this workshop.
