1 teaspoon salt

Combine all the ingredients for the dough to create a soft, non-sticky dough. Divide the dough into 12 pieces, dip them in the butter and oil mixture, and roll out three of them to the size of tea plates. Stack them on top of each other. Form into four groups of three. Place them on a baking sheet, cover, and let them rest at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. Roll out the rested dough to the size of a serving plate, cut into quarters, and fold them over. Once all the dough is ready, place them on the baking sheet, cover, and let them rest for 15-20 minutes. Shape the dough into triangles.
