Complaints of chronic lower back pain accompanied by bilateral lower limb pain, numbness, and difficulty in walking.

A 53-year-old female patient presents with night sweats, weight loss, changes in bowel habit, haematemesis, melaena, jaundice, and weight loss, necessitating an MRI examination of the abdomen, liver, stomach, spleen, and aorta. Female patientof age around 50 years came with history of headache and dizziness, from initial sequences it seemed pituitary lesion ,but when thin slices were done of the lesion with contrast ,a Well-defined extra-axial cystic lesion in the supraoptic chiasmatic recess demonstrating T1 hyperintensity with fat suppression, causing mass effect on the optic chiasma and hypothalamus
