Spreading Joy This Christmas at Dayanand Baal Ashram
Tashvin Foundation celebrated a heartwarming Christmas with the wonderful children of Dayanand Baal Ashram. Our young volunteers, Ibadat Noor and Ahana, filled the day with laughter and energy by engaging the kids in fun games .
The celebration became even more special with a creative Christmas art activity led by Tripat, delightful storytelling by Dr. Sujata, and thoughtful Christmas gifts distributed by Upinder Marwaha.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to making this festive celebration truly memorable.
From Hesitation to Hustle: Udaan Women Deliver!
It was a challenge boldly accepted. From shy artisans to confident entrepreneurs, our Udaan women took on an order of 400 bags in just 4 days for a conference—and delivered on time. Their commitment, growing business acumen, and relentless hard work are truly inspiring. Yes, we completed the order in record time, and we’re feeling accomplished!

Udaan Takes a New Flight this Winter
November has been a vibrant mix of work and excitement at the Tashvin Foundation, as Udaan received steady orders and ran successful stalls at Exotic Grandeur, Zirakpur—bringing in brisk sales, a potli order, and fresh winter demands that inspire our women to learn, create, and earn with confidence.

Continuing the Festive Spirit with Creativity and Empowerment
Tashvin Foundation continued the festive celebrations by organizing an exhibition at Cloudnine Hospital, Industrial Area, under its initiative ‘Udaan’. The event showcased their handcrafted creations like, baby apparels, maternity and nursing dresses and everyday fabric totes.
The exhibition also provided the artisans an opportunity to engage directly with visitors, gaining valuable insights into customer preferences and product needs.

Free Eye OPD Held in Village Jhansla under Project Prakash
Our aim at Tashvin Foundation is to identify and correct maximum eye problems.
We are encouraged by the strong turnout from the village and surrounding areas.
Post-screening, the Foundation supports affordable cataract surgeries for those in need.
This initiative is a step towards accessible and inclusive eye care for all.
Tashvin Foundation’s Unique Karva Chauth Initiative
This Karva Chauth, Tashvin Foundation launched a unique platform to empower henna artists by connecting them with maximum clients through strategic marketing and by providing them dedicated spaces to showcase their talent — ultimately helping them earn a better livelihood.

Tashvin Foundation Conducts Free Eye Screening Camp under Project Prakash
A free eye screening camp in Village Madanpur was organised, aimed at promoting eye health and early detection of vision problems.The primary goal of this initiative is to provide comprehensive eye check-ups and distribute free eyeglasses to those in need.Many villagers suffer from severe eye conditions due to the inaccessibility and unaffordability of regular eye screenings and corrective eyewear.
