Things to keep in mind:
1) Clasp hands and interlace fingers Or firmly press into the mat with flat hands.
2) Activate arm muscles
3) Back of the neck is long
4) Gaze at Navel and protect your neck by not turning your head
5) Lift your kneecaps to engage the leg muscles
6)Press the bottom of your feet, plug toes into the mat.
Additional benefits:
1) improves kidney and liver function
2) reduces lower back pain
3) improves digestive health
4) Helps to reduce belly fat
