With over 𝟏𝟑 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 spanning strategy, system design and large-scale program ex*****on across global organizations, Rishabh brings a strong track record of driving measurable business impact.

His expertise cuts across 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, where he has consistently translated strategic intent into scalable outcomes.

An alumnus of 𝐁𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, Rishabh holds an 𝐌𝐁𝐀 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 & 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 along with a 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

In his role, he will be instrumental in 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬, enhancing our consulting offerings across 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲, 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and enabling our clients to 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞-𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.

Avani brings 7 years of experience in design thinking, sustainability, circular economy, and research, backed by a Master’s in Design Thinking from Cranfield University, UK. With a strong foundation across finance, rural development and the startup ecosystem, she blends on-ground insights with systems-thinking to solve complex challenges.

At Xceed Beyond, Avani will support our clients and internal teams across innovation, strategy and sustainability-driven initiatives - helping shape future-ready, impactful solutions.
