Delighted to finally receive the scope certificate for the current year. Thank you for the patience and guidance.

Being certified organic is not just about not using harmful chemicals on the farm. You need TONs of documentation, discipline and record keeping to go from organic to certified organic.

Between weeding out slugs and keeping out rabbits, juggling harvests and plantings and ensuring beds are neither too wet nor too dry we missed out on a lot of essential record keeping.

It took us nearly three months to fill out the gaps and get necessary approvals for the organic inputs used at the farm.

Now to make sure every sowing, every seed saved, every harvest, every input used is diligently documented 😃

Seasons special! Hadga flowers now in bloom! Rains are done and skies are clear Kharif harvests and Rabi plantings vying for time and resources.. Hardly noticed the creamy white blossoms had appeared till they started littering the ground below!
