Last week at Amity University, we had the opportunity to host Student Mental Wellness Week under the CalmConnect initiative.
Across multiple sessions, we engaged with students on conversations around mental well-being, everyday stress, and the evolving role of AI in supporting student wellness.
These workshops were designed not as therapy sessions, but as preventive conversations — helping students build awareness, emotional literacy, and healthier coping perspectives.
