TDS U/S 194 IA can not be invoked if each buyers pays his share in property & same is less than 50 lacs… as per latest ruling of ITAT Jodhpur..however as it’s a ruling so issue is debatable till there is a clarification from Income Tax Department

Whoever missed to file their Income Tax Return for financial year 2018-19, you can still file it till 30th November 2020
