ServiceNow Configuration Hub allows you to track delta changes, over-allocated subscriptions, customisations, and slow ex*****on on the product home page by selecting a product family.

You can create a ServiceNow record producer for tables and database views in the same scope as the record producer. Also, for tables that allow creating access from applications in other scopes.

ServiceNow catalog_admin or admin role is required to create record producers to allow users to raise their issues (e.g. incidents) or enquiries (e.g. HR requests) directly from the Service Catalogue.

The ServiceNow Service Catalog application provides a requester view of the available services and products offered by departments within your organisation.

ServiceNow End users without roles who visit a full platform URL are redirected to the Employee Center portal.

ServiceNow Employee Center portal is a standard multi-department, dynamic portal for service delivery and employee engagement.

For new ServiceNow (zBoot) instances, Employee Center is the default portal. For upgrade instances, Service Portal remains the default portal.
