Knowing so many people in the handmade community (off and on facebook) is such a pleasure. I realized I have so many pictures of stuff I got made for myself or friends and family. And some are handmade gifts that I have received too. I think it is time to share those pictures here. So I am going to post a series of pictures. Hope you all like it...

First in the series is this beanie from a dear friend Ilham Modi Bharmal or Roses And Raindrops - Crochet & Novelties. She is really a master of all trades but I will only focus on her crochet skills only. She is an active member of the Mother INDIA's Crochet Queens-MICQ group and holds a Guinness record in crocheting.

She custom-made this lovely beanie for my crocodile/reptile loving son. He is soon going to outgrow it but won't stop wearing it. Thank you Ilham, we love it.
