We'll have with us Dr. Andrea Macchi, Senior Scientist at CNR-INO talking to us today on the 11th August at 6 PM IST on "Relativistic Microscopic laboratory: Superintense Laser-Plasma Interactions."

Dr. Andrea Macchi is the *Author of two textbooks* (Springer) and serves as the *associate editor* for European Physics Journal Plus and New Journal of Physics. He has reviewed proposals for European Commission and European Research Council. He has also been awarded the *P.K Kaw legacy award*, an award in honour of the Indian Scientist Dr. Predhiman Krishnan Kaw.
