ποΈ Leg Press β 3 sets
π₯ Superset 1: Leg Curls + Leg Extensions β 3 sets each
π₯ Superset 2: Abduction + Glute Bridges β 3 sets each
π₯ Superset 3: Adduction + Smith Calf Raises β 3 sets each
