🌶️🍞 Pav Bhaji
1️⃣ Boil & mash veggies – potato, cauliflower, peas
2️⃣ Heat butter + oil, sauté onion & capsicum
3️⃣ Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes & pav bhaji masala
4️⃣ Mix veggies, mash well, add butter & lemon 🍋
5️⃣ Toast pav with butter 🔥
✨ Serve hot with onion, lemon & extra butter 😋
