🩷 Healthy Periods • Informed Choices • Empowered Girls 🩷

As part of Her Health 3.0, Shivdevi Foundation successfully organized a menstrual health and hygiene awareness session for students at Motilal Nehru Memorial Girls' Inter College, New Hyderabad, Lucknow. 👧📚✨

🩸🌿 The session focused on menstrual health, hygiene practices, common concerns, myths and facts, helping students gain accurate information and make informed choices about their health and well-being. 💗🩺

🎁🩷 Free sanitary pads were also distributed to the students in collaboration with Niine Private Limited, supporting better menstrual hygiene and encouraging open conversations around menstrual health. 🤝🌸

🌿🥗 Rashtriya Poshan Maah 2026 | Nutrition Awareness Program 🥗🌿

💚 Healthy Food • Healthy Children • Healthy Future 💚

As part of Rashtriya Poshan Maah (National Nutrition Month) 2026, Shivdevi Foundation organized an awareness program on balanced nutrition and healthy eating habits for students at Motilal Nehru Memorial Girls' Inter College, New Hyderabad, Lucknow. 🥗📚✨

🌾 As part of the initiative, various types of lentils (dal) and kidney beans (rajma) were distributed free of cost to students to promote awareness about nutritious, protein-rich foods and the importance of a balanced diet. 🫘🌱

🤝 The program was supported by the Foundation's dedicated interns:
Ms. Aarna Gupta, Ms. Jahnavi Patel, Mr. Vansh Yadav, Mr. Shaurya Gupta, Mr. Kanishk Singh, Mr. Arpit Prabhakar, Mr. Kamal Khandelwal, Mr. Arjun Shukla, Mr. Parv Khare, Mr. Chirag Pandey, Ms. Antara Dubey, and Ms. Riya Dengla.
