Can Jaundice Be Removed Just by Washing Hands? The Truth Will Shock You! 😳

Jaundice is not a stain on your body that can be washed away with a ritual or a “miracle” treatment. It occurs when bilirubin levels rise in the bloodstream, often due to underlying liver, gallbladder, or blood-related conditions.

Yet, many people still fall for unscientific practices that claim to “extract” jaundice instantly. The reality is different. Finding and treating the root cause is what truly matters.

Another common myth? There is no scientific evidence that eating yellow-colored foods causes or worsens jaundice simply because they are yellow. Dietary advice in jaundice depends on the underlying cause, not the color of the food.

When it comes to your health, trust science over shortcuts. 🔬

What’s the strangest home remedy you’ve heard for jaundice or any other disease? Share it below 👇

Episode 3 - Sampling Chaos 📦✨

Every dream looks beautiful when it’s finished. Nobody talks about the countless trials, rejections, delays, and “back to square one” moments that happen before that.

Episode 3 is all about the chaos behind creating something from scratch - testing, learning, failing, improving, and refusing to give up.

Because sometimes the messiest chapter becomes the reason the story succeeds.

Not all water bottles are built the same - so we rated them based on sustainability, durability, health impact, convenience, and everyday usability ♻️✨

🥇 Stainless Steel Water Bottle - 9.5/10
Durable, long-lasting, reusable, and keeps your drink cold or hot for hours. Easy winner.

🥤 Plastic Water Bottle - 6/10
Convenient and lightweight, but not the best for long-term use or the environment.

🪙 Copper Water Bottle - 7.8/10
Aesthetic, traditional, and loved for its wellness benefits, but needs regular maintenance.

🫙 Glass Water Bottle - 9/10
Clean, sustainable, and premium feel. Just a little risky for the clumsy ones 😭

At the end of the day, the best bottle is the one you actually reuse consistently 💧

Which one are you choosing and what rating would you give it? 👀👇

Today, standing here with my M.Ch thesis in my hands feels emotional in ways I cannot fully describe.
This moment is not only about submitting a thesis.
It is about years of sacrifice, consistency, discipline, pressure, self-doubt, sleepless nights, missed occasions, and silently pushing forward even when things felt impossible.
5.5 years of MBBS , Then the journey of preparing for NEET PG and cracking it in the very first attempt.
Then came residency — one of the toughest and most transformative phases of life — along with the completion of my PG thesis.
And just when I thought the hardest part was over, another dream began.
Cracking M.Ch in the first attempt again. ❤️
From MBBS to PG to M.Ch — every stage demanded a different version of me. Every phase broke me, shaped me, and taught me something beyond medicine.
And now, after all these years of studying, exams, duties, surgeries, research, presentations, emergency calls, and thesis work… this is probably my last thesis submission. 📚✨
That thought feels both strange and beautiful.
There is still a long journey ahead as a surgeon and lifelong learner, but today feels like the end of a chapter that defined most of my youth.
Grateful to my mentors, teachers, parents , my wife, my family and god's blessing in form of my son Mivaan who stood beside me throughout this journey. None of this would have been possible without their support.
Sometimes we become so focused on the next goal that we forget to pause and appreciate how far we have already come.
