As part of our product development team you will provide insights and contribute algorithms for our back-end and our mobile frontends. We are an international team with an agile work approach, where flexibility and team interactions beat strict processes and supervision.
As part of our team your tasks will be…
Planning and conducting of predicative and hypothesized analyzes with our data experts and developers
Creating data models
Explore applications of Machine Learning and AI to further improve our User experience
Visualizing and presenting the results obtained in collaboration with our designers
Preferred skills
Are enrolled at university (or equivalent) in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a similar field, and have completed at least two semesters
Have good coding skills preferably in Python or R
Are experienced in working with modeling and analysis environments (e.g. MATLAB, Anaconda, Weka,…) or packages (e.g. pandas and matplotlib for Python, dplyr and ggplot2 for R)
Have knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Have an interest in Machine Learning Frameworks and AI

Brief description :
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Design compensation and benefits packages
Implement performance review procedures.
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Monitor HR department’s budget
Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
Good Knowledge in statutory compliance such as PF,ESI etc
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
Manage employees’ grievances
Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Preferred skills
Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Solid communication skills
MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Experience Required- 1 to 3 years
