So we have decided to be FREE again.
No limitations, not answerable to any investors, doing what we love, for people who love us.

There is no longer a need to just stay on Anime or just stay on Devta or just stay on Anime Devta.
What we want to do is to drop whatever we like whenever we like , as long as my Devtas (community) is happy.

You want us to launch chocolates? Yes we will.
Headphones? Covers? Posters? A helicopter? Yes we will.

(second part) As a small brand with limited capital and limited experience as students, we didn't know how to fight it off.... But every time we faced any difficulties, we somehow made it out. Overcame those difficulties bcz Mahadev was on our side.

In the last one year we have launched 7 seasons and are currently in the third phase of the brand.
1st phase was anime, 2nd phase was Devta and 3rd phase was premium drops and puff prints.
Almost every phase continued for one year.

But during this surviving process of fighting companies with bigger pockets and making investors happy. We might have forgotten the essence of our startup.

When we launched Anime Devta, it was not for making money, it was for the "freedom" of doing whatever we like whenever we want.

In the D2C race of Shark tank and investors we had forgotten what we really stood for.

"FREEDOM"
"DEVTA FOR A REASON"
"A Brand that has no limitations"

Story time,
So we started this brand around 3.5 years back, as students with the love of Anime. Both of us founders were very spiritual and we ended up pivoting our brand from one of the common anime brands to world's first "Indian Anime" brand. We starting representing Indian History and Culture in anime style and were in love with the idea.

Slowly we started seeing our copies in the market. Competition emerged when people started to copy not just the idea but the design itself.

As a small brand with limited capital and limited experience as students, we didn't know how to fight it off....(Next in second post)
