The Bureau of Investment Promotion (BIP), Rajasthan, in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI), successfully organized a webinar on “Unlocking Textile Investment Opportunities” to showcase Rajasthan’s strong potential as a leading textile investment destination.

The discussion highlighted Rajasthan’s robust textile ecosystem, investor-friendly policies under RIPS 2024, sector-specific incentives, and emerging opportunities in the upcoming Rupaheli Textile Park. Senior government officials and industry leaders also shared valuable insights on the state’s strong infrastructure, ease of doing business, and growth potential across textile and apparel segments.

With progressive policies, strong industrial support, and customized facilitation for investors, Rajasthan is ready to power the next phase of textile growth in India.

वस्त्र नगरी भीलवाड़ा के टेक्सटाइल पार्क रूपाहेली में वस्त्र उद्योग स्थापित करने के इच्छुक निवेशकों के लिये अच्छी खबर है। रीको द्वारा प्रत्यक्ष आवंटन योजना के दसवें चरण में निवेशकों के लिये 1500 वर्गमीटर से 36,000 वर्गमीटर तक के औद्योगिक भूखण्ड आवंटन हेतु उपलब्ध कराये जा रहे हैं। राइजिंग राजस्थान के अंतर्गत राज्य सरकार के साथ एमओयू करने वाले निवेशक रीको के ऑनलाइन पोर्टल के माध्यम से दिनांक 14 मई 2026 तक आवेदन कर सकते हैं। जिन निवेशकों ने अब तक एमओयू निष्पादित नहीं किया है वे भी आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि दिनांक 14 मई 2026 तक एमओयू करके योजना में भाग ले सकते हैं।

रीको द्वारा भीलवाड़ा के कांखला में बनाया जायेगा मेगा जिंक पार्क

राइजिंग राजस्थान ग्लोबल इनवेस्टमेंट समिट-2024 के अंतर्गत हस्ताक्षरित एमओयू धरातल पर उतर रहे हैं। समिट के दौरान वेदांता समूह ने राज्य में जिंक एवं तेल उत्पादन क्षेत्र में एक लाख करोड़ रुपये के निवेश की प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त की थी। वेदांता समूह ने आगामी दो से तीन वर्षों में राजस्थान में अपनी विभिन्न कंपनियों की उत्पादन क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए निवेश करने एवं रोजगार के लगभग एक लाख अतिरिक्त अवसर सृजित करने की बात कही थी।

कांखला में प्रस्तावित यह जिंक पार्क उत्तरी भारत में अपनी तरह का पहला जिंक पार्क होगा जिसमें सिर्फ जिंक वेल्यू चेन से जुड़ी हुई कंपनियां अपना प्लांट लगायेंगी। इससे राज्य के औद्योगिक विकास को नई गति मिलेगी और युवाओं के लिए व्यापक रोजगार अवसर सृजित होंगे।

निवेश को धरातल पर लाने के लिये रीको द्वारा मार्च-2025 में प्रत्यक्ष आवंटन योजना लागू की गई जिससे निवेशकों को उद्योग स्थापित करने हेतु कम लागत पर औद्योगिक भूखण्ड उपलब्ध कराये जा सकें।

रीको द्वारा प्रत्यक्ष आवंटन योजना का दसवां चरण 1 मई 2026 से प्रारंभ होगा। निवेशक 14 मई 2026 तक ईएमडी जमा कर आवेदन कर सकेंगे। योजना के दसवें चरण में निवेशकों को 103 औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों के 5500 से अधिक औद्योगिक एवं लॉजिस्टिक भूखण्ड उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे। इसमें मुख्य रूप से बड़गॉंव (आबूरोड), रूंध सोंखरी (अलवर), आईटी पार्क, माकड़वाली (अजमेर), बोरावास कलावा प्रथम चरण, स्पेशल पार्क (बालोतरा), फतेहपुरा-समेलिया (भीलवाड़ा), पाथरेडी व सलारपुर (भिवाड़ी), सेरेमिक पार्क, गजनेर (बीकानेर), मंडा द्वितीय चरण, माथासुला, थौलाई, तुंगा (जयपुर), स्टोन पार्क, वाटर रिसाइकलिंग पार्क गुंडी फतेहपुर (कोटा), गणेश्वर (सीकर) और कछालिया, बूंदी (कोटा) इत्यादि औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों सम्मिलित हैं। निवेशकों की बढ़ती रुचि को देखते हुए रीको ने योजना की वैधता 31 दिसंबर 2026 तक बढ़ा दी है।

प्रदेश के व्यापारियों को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए लाई गई राजस्थान ट्रेड प्रमोशन पॉलिसी-2025 के तहत आवेदन शुरू हो गए हैं। स्वयं की एसएसओ आईडी या ई-मित्र के माध्यम से आवेदन किए जा सकते हैं। इस नीति के तहत खुदरा व्यापारियों को 2 करोड़ रुपये तक का ऋण उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। इसपर राज्य सरकार 6 प्रतिशत तक ब्याज अनुदान और इंश्योरेंस प्रीमियम पर 50 प्रतिशत तक की सहायता सहित अन्य लाभ देगी। यह नीति 10 दिसंबर, 2025 को प्रवासी राजस्थानी दिवस कार्यक्रम के दौरान लॉन्च की गई थी।
