~~~LOW FAT RESTAURANT STYLE MATAR PANEER~~๐ฅ
๐ด๐ดALERT--- This Dish Will Make You Wanna Join The Program๐ด๐ด
Matar Paneer, a peas and cottage cheese curry is one dish that is an extremely popular Indian curry.๐ฝ
The title โLow fat restaurant style Matar Paneerโ does sound like a gimmick, but I promise you that I have done justice to the title. If you go through my recipe and try it out, youโll happily agree with me.๐๐๐ฅ
-------INGREDIENTS------

1 tsp oil
โ
1 tsp cashewnuts broken
โ
2 medium onions finely sliced(optional)
โ
3 medium tomatoes coarsely chopped
โ
1 tsp grated ginger
โ
6 cloves garlic sliced(optional)
โ
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
โ
1 tsp red chilli powder
โ
2 tsp coriander powder
โ
1 tsp cumin powder
โ
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
โ
1 tsp salt
โ
1 cup green peas frozen or fresh boiled
โ
200 g skimmed milk paneer cut into 1 cm cube( homemade paneer)
โ
1 tsp kasuri methi dried fenugreek leaves

๐จโ๐ณ๐ฉโ๐ณ๐จโ๐ณ๐ฉโ๐ณ๐จโ๐ณ๐ฉโ๐ณ๐จโ๐ณ๐ฉโ๐ณ๐จโ๐ณ๐ฉโ๐ณ
INSTRUCTIONS๐๐
1. To prepare low fat restaurant style matar paneer, start by dry roasting cashews in a pan, until very lightly golden. Remove and allow to cool.
2. Heat oil in the same pan. Add the grated ginger, sliced garlic and onions, cooking on a low-medium flame with a pinch of salt for 8-10 minutes until onions are soft.
3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes with the turmeric powder. Allow to cook for 7-8 minutes until the tomatoes collapse and turn into a mush.
4. Transfer the contents of the pan into a small mixer / blender. Combine all the spice powders- turmeric, coriander, cumin and red chilli powder and blend to a fine puree using up to 1/2 cup water to aid the blending process.
5. Pour this puree into the same pan. Season with salt and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
6. Add the frozen / boiled green peas to this gravy, along with the paneer cubes and simmer for 5 minutes, so that the spices infuse into the peas and paneer.
7. Sprinkle garam masala and crushed kasuri methi. Give it one last stir and remove into a serving bowl.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot with 1-2 small multigrain rotis!๐

Your Diet Should be A complete Balance of----------------
1. Proteins: Required will be Grams equal to your Weight in kgs. Eg: If You Weigh 80kgs, protein will be 80grams. Not sure how to Keep a track?

2. Carbohydrates: 10 grams per Kg of your Weight. Eg: If You weigh 80 kgs, then recommended is 800 grams carbohydrates.

The tongue shows us that something is wrong with the body before the onset of pain and the appearance of signs of the disease.

The front and tip of the tongue: Diseases of the respiratory system. The lungs cause the formation of whiteness along the edges. White plaque in the middle indicates heart issues.
The middle part of the tongue: The liver is projected onto the left edge, the pancreas on the right, and the stomach is in the middle.
Bottom of the tongue: The edges correspond to the kidneys, the area in the middle is the intestine. The accumulation of whiteness at the base can signal the presence of a significant amount of toxins in the intestine. This is a sign of the onset of gastritis, stomach ulcers, or duodenal ulcers, especially if there are cracks or if the plaque appears gray.
