2025 was a defining year for Deception, we marked by growth, reflection, and steady progress. From our first debut show at Hollow to Howls to closing the year with our final performance at ODR, every step shaped who we are today, so proud to be a part of Imphal brutality.

2026 is about leveling up, With sh*ts, more slams, Spawn Deception moves forward heavier, the sickest the sluggish chugss!

This November 2nd, party over GM hall!!

We’re excited to introduce our next band, SPAWN DECEPTION - A new crushing force emerging from the far shadows of Imphal, Manipur. Featuring members of Obligator (Imphal), Atrocious Discrepancy (Imphal), and ex-Embryonix (Imphal), the band merges diverse musical roots into a sound that’s both relentlessly punishing and infectiously rhythmic.

Rooted firmly in the extremes of the genre, Spawn Deception delivers sluggish, heavy riffs twisted with groove laden, slam-driven breakdowns a style they define as ‘Groovy Slamming Brutal Death Metal’
Their music fuses technical brutality with raw, party-fueled energy, setting them apart in the growing Indian metal underground.

Currently hard at work in the studio, the band is preparing their debut EP, slated for release in early summer 2026. With a veteran lineup and a fresh, uncompromising sound, Spawn Deception is poised to leave a mark on the region’s Extreme Metal Landscape
