π Day 3 β Faculty Development Program Transforming Engineering Classrooms Through Student-Centered Learning
The third and final day of the Faculty Development Program concluded successfully with an enriching technical session and a memorable valedictory ceremony.

The session focused extensively on the NBA Accreditation Framework, providing faculty members with a comprehensive understanding of NBA Criteria 1 to 8 and their respective sub-criteria.

Detailed explanation of NBA Criteria 1β8 and the documentation requirements for each criterion.

Systematic guidance on the NBA file numbering system, enabling departments to maintain well-organized and evidence-based accreditation files.

In-depth discussion on Performance Indicators (P*s) and their role in measuring student attainment and continuous improvement.

Insightful presentation on ICAP Pedagogies (Interactive, Constructive, Active, and Passive Learning), emphasizing the implementation of student-centered instructional strategies to enhance classroom engagement and learning outcomes.
The session provided practical insights and a structured roadmap for strengthening NBA preparedness and promoting effective teaching-learning practices across departments.
The FDP concluded with the Valedictory Session, during which the achievements and key outcomes of the three-day program were highlighted. Certificates were distributed to all participants in recognition of their enthusiastic participation and commitment to professional development.
The three-day FDP successfully equipped faculty members with practical knowledge and strategies related to student-centered learning, Outcome-Based Education, AICTE reforms, NBA accreditation processes, innovative pedagogies, and assessment practices, reinforcing the institution's commitment to academic excellence and continuous quality improvement.
