RSB Transmissions has acquired Setco Auto Systems (SASPL), a leading supplier of MHCV clutch systems and aftermarket drivetrain solutions.

SASPL will become part of RSB’s platform, bringing together complementary strengths across drivetrain systems, manufacturing capabilities, and aftermarket solutions. The combined platform strengthens RSB’s presence across commercial vehicle segments and enhances its ability to serve both OEM and aftermarket customers.

The acquisition marks a step in RSB’s strategy to build a systems-led, multi-product automotive components platform with greater scale, product depth, and operational capability.

With continued support from Bain Capital, RSB is well positioned for its next phase of growth, with a focus on expanding product offerings, deepening customer relationships, and driving operational efficiency.
