Ingredients (Serves 4):
๐ธMilk: 800ml
๐ธMixed nuts: 20g
๐ธSaffron: 10-12 strands
๐ธCardamom powder: a pinch
๐ธCorn flour: 1 teaspoon (5g)
๐ธSugar-free Natura / Stevia (to taste)
Steps/ Directions
๐ธBoil milk until it reduces to half
๐ธAdd cardamom & saffron. Cook for another 5 minutes.
๐ธAdd half the nuts and keep some for garnishing
๐ธAdd sugar free and stir well
๐ธAdd Corn flour slurry (check notes). Simmer for two minutes and let it chill down. Freeze and serve!
(Note: Slurry: 5g corn flour + 10-15 ml water & mixed well)

Chocolate & Oats Pudding
(Healthy Recipe)
Are you dieting and wish to have some dessert? Try this Chocolate pudding with a twist! Youโll fall in love instantly, I can vouch for it. We will use minimal and easily available ingredients in this recipe.
List of Ingredients
Oats : 50 gms
seeds: 10 gms
: 150 ml (animal / vegan โ as per liking)
: 2 table spoon (or as per liking)
Cocoa Powder: 1 tablespoon
essence (few drops โ optional)
3-4 pcs
for decoration (optional)
Process / Steps:
#1. In a bowl take oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder and add milk, honey & vanilla extract and mix everything well.
#2. Refrigerate overnight or 5-6 hour minimum.
#3. Add chopped strawberries.
#4. You can decorate with more strawberries, chocolate shavings, KitKat, nuts etc.

1 whole wheat Bun (50g)
2 whole eggs
30g mix Vegetables
5ml Oil
Hung curd: 20g
