The SAE Baja Racing Team of Delhi Technological University
Participating in the SAE Baja competitions since 2003, DelTech BAJA is the oldest and one of the best performing teams in India. The mission of the team is to design and build an ATV to race in the student Baja style events organized by The Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). DelTech BAJA consists of undergraduate students from Delhi Technological University under the guidance of Professor Vikas Rastogi.

2021 was indeed a great start to the decade, with multiple podium finishes in competitions for the team.
We plan to work harder, smarter, and produce even better results, consistently, in the coming years.

It is commonly believed that science resides in unusual places, but that's not all.
Science can be found everywhere, ranging from the locking of nuts, to the testing of the vehicle, and running simulations.

It's good to keep a track of one's achievements, and dive into the pool of memories. Join us, for this week's !
2016 witnessed the return of DelTech Baja from a brief hiatus. Immediate changes were brought about in almost every aspect. We designed our very own Stage-2 Gearbox. Moreover, FOX Air-Shock shockers replaced the OEM shockers, and offered better suspension customisability, and a lower sprung mass. Similarly, custom-made knuckles and hubs were used, to improve ride and handling. All of these updates helped us improve performance, and achieve a substantial decrease in the body weight, of a whopping thirty kilograms!
