Multi stakeholder citizen forum for Disaster Risk Reduction in East District Delhi PDAP was formed by 12 people coming from all walks of life.
The Citizen’s Forum for Disaster Reduction, known as Purvi Delhi Aapda Prehari (PDAP) was initiated by Seeds India in October, 2010, when the local citizens, civil society and others came together to recognize the importance of being prepared for any disaster in East Delhi.
