Sunday brunch ๐ซถ
The best thing for a lazy lad like me who is happily ready to club both meals together ๐.
Made this mix paratha with dollops of butter (my kiddo loves this way) , green chutney (my hubby loves this way) and curd for me ๐,
Teeno khush โค๏ธ.
I have added grated paneer, partially blanched and grated cauliflower, boiled potatoes, freshly cut hara dhaniya, green chillies and sauteed it with onions and dry masalas.
Cool down the mixture completely and then stuff it to make proper parathas โค๏ธ.

Gana kitna bhi purana ho jaye but i have stopped calling this dish by its original name , i simply say ,
Humpe ye kisne hara rang dala ๐ซถ
Yesterday cleaned my fridge and saw two pkts of palak unnoticed๐ซฃ, aadhe to kharab hi ho gye the , never thought itnese palak ka kya banaongi , but tab bhi blanch karke rakh diye the .

Missing kolkata ๐
Kolkata has its own sweets which are very unique and wanting to have it more n more.
Tried making yet another kolkata sweet-
Bhapa mango doi ๐
Bhapa is steam and doi is curd. combination of hung curd, condensed milk and mango steamed for atleast 20-25 mins to give that perfect sweet dish is what all I needed right now ๐๐๐
Made it in a very small quantity, finished it off in minutes ๐, now will have to make it again and again ๐๐๐.

What a color ๐
Aam ka season ho aur aam pudina ki chutney na bane aisa ho sakta hai kya?
Best accompaniment for food ๐ซถ especially during this .
Just take 1 bunch of fresh dhaniya leaves ( with stem) , half a bunch of pudina leaves, 1 spoon jeera, 1 spoon sugar, half raw mango and half onion.
Grind it all together, transfer it in an airtight jar , it will stay fresh till 1 week or so in the refrigerator.
Later i have just put one small cube of jaggery in it, it will slowly dissolve you dont need to grind it.
We like it a bit on the sweeter side ๐, you can skip it if you like less sweetness in it.

Most loved breakfast of india ๐ซถ-
Whether you are a health freak or a diehard foodie you must have craved for this breakfast dish.
Today I have made freshly grinded methi pooris which goes very well with kasoori methi wale aloo ki sabji.
For pooris, all you need to do is grind a bunch of methi leaves with 2 green chillies and 2-3 garlic cloves, salt to taste and add little bit water to make a fine paste.
Now take 1 cup of whole wheat atta and knead the dough with methi paste add water as per needed.
For wale , take 1 tbsp sarson oil in a pressure cooker, add 3-4 kadhipatta , one sliced onion, 2 finely chopped tomatoes , 1 tsp of gingergarlic paste and haldi mix it well . Then add 1 tbsp of kasoori methi , red chilli powder, kashmiri lal mirch powder and dhania powder .
Give it a mix and then add 4 medium sized cut into 4 parts, add half a cup of water and give it a nice stir.
Now give 2 3 whistles , idea is to potoes should get cooked not mushy, So close the flame accordingly.
Open the lid and gently press the potatoes with a laddle . It will give that thick conistancy to the vegetable.
N tada! Your super yummy breakfast is ready to serve.

I recently visited ayodhya dham , one of my friend suggested me to try dahi jalebi there at , foodie ko koi suggest kare n woh waha na jaye aisa ho sakta hai kya ๐..
I tried this kulhad wali dahi jalebi , which was okaish kinda but thik hai kuch ajeeb nhi tha ..
Tried their samosa chat n panipuri too .
Though this place was very small but have won many national awards ( locals told us) .
Do not forget to have this UP famous dish after taking blessings from ramlala ๐
