Children’s batch: Age 9 to 12 yrs – 🗓 20, 22, 24th May | 2500/-

Think these are my favourite of all the travel sketches done in Ladakh.

I find it easier to paint on loose paper but maybe it's time to try a nice travel-size watercolor pad. Any suggestions?

Narcissus/nargis/daffodil/jonquil, the birth flower of this month
Just a coincidence that I painted them :)

To be accurate, daffodils and jonquil flowers are varieties of narcissus.

The name comes from a story in Greek mythology about a youth named Narcissus who dimissed anybody attracted to him and fell in love with his own reflection (to eventually wither away). An interesting + insightful story. On a positive note, narcissus symbolizes awakening of self love :)
