Aam Creative is hiring a Graphic Design Generalist (Remote) who can bring bold ideas to life across disciplines.

If you can:

— Build brands with intent and translate them across packaging, digital, and print
— Craft visually rich social stories that move people to stop scrolling
— Experiment with 3D, motion, and animation to push creative boundaries
— Think cross-culturally and beyond borders when it comes to design and strategy
— Collaborate seamlessly across teams and time zones
— And have 2–4 years of experience in a design or creative studio setting

Do you think Diwali has become everything at once?
A marketing calendar, a religious symbol, a global celebration and a site of identity politics. It’s nostalgic and futuristic, sacred and Instagrammable, communal and competitive.

But how do we feel about this? The Aam team spoke to over 10 people based around the world to share their Diwali thoughts with us 💥

For decades, South Asians in the UK have carried an odd burden: being seen as one monolithic identity. We were often boxed into a small handful of stereotypes the shopkeeper, the doctor, the quiet neighbour, the arranged marriage protagonist, or the ‘good immigrant’. But we have always been more than that…

Over two days and across multiple locations, we worked with an incredible team of creatives to craft a mix of ecommerce and editorial photography & videography - balancing strong product storytelling with visual summer aesthetics.
