Not every problem needs a solution.
Sometimes it just needs a safe conversation.
Advice fixes situations.
Presence heals people.
And healing begins when someone finally listens
—not to reply—
but to understand.
If your thoughts have been louder than usual lately,
maybe it’s time to give them a place to land.

If you grew up learning that love was inconsistent, conditional, or emotionally unpredictable, anxiety often becomes your coping skill.
Not because something is wrong with you.
But because your body learned to stay alert to protect you.
Attachment wounds do not always show up as big trauma stories.
They show up in everyday moments.
Unread messages. Tone changes. Distance. Silence.
The work is not about fixing yourself.
It is about helping your nervous system unlearn fear in connection and relearn safety.
Slowly. Gently. At your pace.

Anxiety is often misunderstood as irrational fear or overthinking.
But clinically, we know this is not always true.
Very often, anxiety is unresolved grief living in the nervous system.
Loss is not only about death.
It includes emotional absence, sudden change, unmet needs, and goodbyes we never got to process.
When these experiences happen repeatedly or early in life, the body learns to stay alert.
It prepares for loss even when the present moment is safe.
This is why logic alone does not calm anxiety.
Because the body is responding to memory, not threat.
Therapy is not about telling yourself to relax.
It is about creating safety, building regulation, and allowing the body to update its story.
If your anxiety feels exhausting, constant, or confusing, you are not weak.
Your system learned to protect you the best way it could.
Healing begins with understanding, not self blame.

Here is a kind of grief that does not come with goodbyes.
It comes when you are consistently not chosen.
In friendships.
In relationships.
In families.
In workplaces.
Nothing clearly “ends”, yet something inside you does.
Psychologically, this kind of experience can slowly shape how we see ourselves.
The nervous system learns to stay alert.
The mind starts asking, What am I missing?
The body carries a sense of waiting.
Many people tell themselves they should be grateful.
Or tougher.
Or less sensitive.
But grief does not need permission to exist.
Being repeatedly unchosen can create wounds around self worth, belonging, and safety.
And healing often begins when we stop minimizing that pain and start naming it.
If this resonates, you are not broken.
You are responding to something that mattered.
And that matters too.

Some losses are confusing because nothing was ever fully yours.
And yet your body remembers the waiting.
The hoping.
The almosts.
This is a different kind of grief.
And it counts.

Grief doesn’t move in straight lines.
It circles, pauses, resurfaces.
You can be functioning, smiling, getting through the day—
and still feel the weight of what was lost.
This doesn’t mean you’re stuck.
It means your grief matters.
Therapy can be a space where this kind of grief is allowed to exist, without being rushed or explained away.

As the Lohri fire glows bright,
We gather in sanjh, hearts tied tight.
Let old wounds turn to warmth and light,
Bonds grow stronger through every fight.
With rewri, gajak and whispered prayers,
We begin again—with love, with care.
Here’s to new beginnings, rooted deep,
In trust, togetherness, and promises we keep.
Happy Lohri 🔥✨”

Let 2026 be a year of kindness - first towards ourselves and then towards others. a year of listening more, reacting less, and choosing humility over certainty. A year where gratitude grounds us even as we grow. Love and light Navtej Malhotra

Everyone talks about mental health — but few talk about the real work it takes to heal.
It’s not about staying “positive.”
It’s about allowing yourself to feel everything you’ve been avoiding.
Because emotions don’t disappear when you ignore them —
they whisper louder, then scream. 💭💔
This , let’s normalise:
💚 Crying without guilt
💚 Setting boundaries without shame
💚 Asking for help without fear
Your emotions are not your weakness —
they’re your inner truth. 🌿

Festivals in India are painted as the “happiest time of the year.”
But for many of us, they can bring up feelings of emptiness, comparison, or loneliness — even when surrounded by people.
✨ Loneliness in a crowd is real.
It doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.
It simply means your nervous system and your heart are craving genuine connection, not just noise.
During this festive season, remember, it’s okay to step away, it’s okay to protect your energy, and it’s okay if your joy looks different from others.
You are not alone in this. 🌸
