Dear Trekkers,

Due to continuous heavy rainfall and as per the official directives from the Government of Uttarakhand and the Chamoli District Administration, all trekking activities in the region have been temporarily paused for safety reasons.

In compliance with these orders, we regret to inform you that the 15th August Rudranath trek and Other trek batch may be postponed to the next available date.

At FirstTrek, your safety is our highest priority. You may choose one of the following options:
1. Join us on the next available batch date (subject to weather clearance)
2. Opt for a full refund

Our team will be contacting all registered trekkers individually to assist with rescheduling or refund requests.

• Arrange follow-up calls with customers to convert their inquiries into bookings.
• Provide detailed information about the trek, tour, camp, and homestay to customers before confirming the booking.
• Ensure that individuals meet eligibility criteria for preview package camp/ trek/ tours/ homestay/ hotels before scheduling booking for Firstrek.in registered properties.
• Identify opportunities to offer complimentary rewards to guests as tokens of appreciation for their patronage, such as discounts in their package etc.
• Assist with general office tasks to support the Sales & Marketing team.
• Accurately record and relay messages, maintaining clarity and completeness in communication channels.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline
