MISSION OMFED | MEET THE MENTOR

Every iconic brand carries a story. Behind every successful brand are people who understand design, communication, culture and the marketplace.

For Mission OMFED, participants will be guided by Paresh Choudhury, designer, educator and mentor with over 30 years of professional experience across branding, packaging, communication design and design education.

His early career included extensive work within India’s advertising and branding industry, contributing to projects across FMCG, lifestyle and consumer categories, including brands such as Mother Dairy, Safal and Dabur.

Over the years, he has also mentored students at leading design institutions including NID, MIT Institute of Design, Symbiosis and others. Several branding and packaging projects developed under his mentorship have received national and international recognition, including work for ‘ROLEX’ watch packaging that attracted appreciation from internationally renowned designer Karim Rashid.

In this workshop, participants will explore how strategic design thinking can help an iconic Odisha brand evolve while preserving its trust, relevance and cultural legacy.
