Narrated by Anas (RA):
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
“Help your brother whether he is an oppressor or he is oppressed.”
A man said:
“O Messenger of Allah, I understand helping him if he is oppressed, but how should I help him if he is an oppressor?”
He ﷺ said:
“By restraining him or preventing him from oppression, for that is how you help him.”

[Bukhari and Muslim]

People of Hadeith might be knowing this agreed upon narration;
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or he is oppressed.”
The companions were surprised and asked:
“O Messenger of Allah, we understand helping him if he is oppressed, but how do we help him if he is an oppressor?”
He ﷺ replied:
“By preventing him from oppressing others.”

Find them only knowing few traditions of their choice.

Waheed Ud Din Khan and Maudoodi were two different personalities in terms of interpretation of Religion. Khan stressed religion is personal affair and all those saying otherwise are fed with religious rhetoric, utopia which is mere thought and has no place in practical world and religion. He said people following Maudoodi ideology are fanatic and have destroyed both religion and world peace.

Abul Ala Maudoodi built his political theory on the following verses;
هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُۥ بِٱلْهُدَىٰ وَدِينِ ٱلْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُۥ عَلَى ٱلدِّينِ كُلِّهِۦ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ ٱلْمُشْرِكُونَ
He it is Who has sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth so that He may make it prevail over all religion, even if the polytheists detest it.

أَنْ أَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلدِّينَ وَلَا تَتَفَرَّقُوا۟ فِيهِ
"that you establish the religion and not be divided therein"

There are many such kind of verses upon which Abul Ala built his "political theory of Islam."

And those who rejected this theory of political islam, Abul Ala described them as Allah described some people in the following verses;
Only translation.....
And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, then they are the disbelievers.
(Qur’an 5:44)
…then they are the wrongdoers. (5:45)
…then they are the defiantly disobedient. (5:47)

Though some scholars read them as individual responsibility, maudoodi said its our responsibility as ummah to Establish deen and and reject every constitution and and code which is not based on Quran and Sunnah.

If u want to go in detail u can read Some books of Maudoodi particularly "Quran Ki Char Bunayaadi Istelahay " and Tehreeke Azaadi hind aur Musalmaan" . Maulana Waheed Ud Din Khan has also written refutation of this thought in his "Tabeer Ki Galti" available in the market. Furthermore, abul hasan ali nadvi and many other scholars have also written that Maudoodi is giving politics more weigheage than it deserves to be given..... I dont want to go in this detail ....

Actually I wanted to say for every organization the founder is considered Authority and Im here to present two phases of abul Ala where some people can find something.....

In pre-Partition India and in the early years after 1947, maudoodi argued that it was impermissible to participate in elections under a system whose constitution was not founded on the Quran and Sunnah.

His reasoning: accepting participation would mean acknowledging a man-made system of sovereignty (Shirk Fil Hakimiyyah) instead of Tawheed Al Hakimiyyah.

When Pakistan’s Constituent Assembly passed the Objectives Resolution in March 1949, it declared:

Sovereignty belongs to Allah.The authority of the people is a trust. Laws would be made in line with the Qur’an and Sunnah. Maudodi saw this as a fundamental shift, the state now acknowledged divine sovereignty in principle.On this basis, he changed his stance, allowing participation in elections.

From the above discussion its concluded organisations connected to Maudoodi can only participate electoral process if Constitution is Quran and Sunnah. Otherwise its kuffur and heresy.....

What was the relation this post with Khan?
It has no relation but just hint that Khan sahib looks right when followers of Maudoodi bow down to every Taghoot...

Believe me Some JDF Members will be happy on the action taken by Govt. against FAT schools. Now, they will say we were trying to save the institutions but these old unwise people messed up everything.

What actually happened?

Govt takes every step with calculation and when they deemed JI is weak they charged. Remember JI revealed its weakness when JDF was created. JDF depicted JI is vulnerable and the establishment understood it very well and took steps. Since weakness is revealed many things might be stored.

What can be done?

Dismantle JDF and fight for institutions and organisation as banned organisation.

Furthermore, keep in mind; Creating JDF was making ruling party of kashmir take harsh steps against organisation as NC has always seen JI an ideological threat to its existance. NC never tolerated existance of JI, and would got more fury when Org. participated in elections against it.......

For those who Link Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza With Imam Mavdoodi, this is a big blunder. Let me tell you why?

Imam Mavdoodi never wrote against Deobandi, Barelvi, Ahle Hadeith, contrary to this, Engineer speaks against them and leaves no stone unturned to prove them wrong and astrayed. Imam Mavdoodi wrote everyone is striving for the Islam as per his understanding of Deen, while in other hand Engineer says that they are striving to collect money and save their sect, this is blatant lie. There may be some people in every sect but not all.

Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza has made discussing "Mushajiraate Sahaba" hot debate and all his endavors end at the mention of their mistakes. Contrary to this, Imam Mavdoodi said there is no benefit in discussing this issue, when scholars of fourteen centuries couldn't solve this issue then how can you, but engineer accepts of none.

Imam Mavdoodi was criticized by every sect but never replied to prove himself right and others astrayed, but Engineer is doing totally opposite.

Imam Mavdoodi did an Ideological Jihad against false ideas of west but Engineer is seen nowhere discussing these burning issues. Well, you will find him speaking against Sahaba and often discussing their mistakes that Mainstream scholars prohibited to do.

Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza portrays "Khilafat Wa Malookiat" the book of Imam Mavdoodi, as fundamental thought of Imam, but this is completely wrong. Imam Mavdoodi wrote a lot, especially Tafheem Ul Qur'an which reveals the fundamental thought of Imam Mavdoodi. The book Caliphate and Monarch, was just written to diffrenciate between Caliphate and Monarchy, not to highlight "Ijtihadi Mistakes" of Companions of Prophet Muhammad PBUH.

Finally, the big and important difference I witnessed amid is that Imam Mavdoodi produced ideological material for "Iqamat e Deen" and strived for it until his last breath, Engineer is having no such concept.

Abul Hussein Mehraj Ul Hasan Wani

وَقَاسَمَهُمَا إِنِّي لَكُمَا لَمِنَ النَّاصِحِينَ - (الاعراف: 21)
اور اس نے قسم کھا کر ان سے کہا کہ میں تمہارا سچا خیر خواہ ہوں ۔ )

حضرت آدم علیہ السلام اور حضرت حوا علیہا السلام کے وہم وگمان میں بھی یہ بات نہیں تھی کہ ایک شخص اللہ کی قسم کھا کر جھوٹ بول سکتا ہے۔

لیکن ابلیس نے ایسا کر ڈالا !

البتہ اس واقعہ میں نصیحت کی بات یہ ہے کہ اس نے دھوکہ دینے کے لیے چیزوں کے نام تبدیل کر دیے تھے

اس نے معصیت کے درخت کا نام ہمیشگی کا درخت رکھ دیا تھا !

اسی ابلیس کے راستے پر آج کے تمام ابلیس چل رہے ہیں!

انھوں نے شراب کو روح کو فرحت بخشنے والا مشروب قرار دے ڈالا

عریانیت کو فیشن بنا ڈالا

فحاشی کو تہذیب گردانا

اور زنا کاری کو کھلے پن کی علامت قرار دے دیا!

لہٰذا، یاد رکھو، یہ نام چاہے جتنے بھی خوش نما رکھ لیں ، ان کے دھوکے میں ہرگز ہرگز نہ آنا !
