Bharatanatyam has been a constant in my life for as long as I can remember. Over the years, it has shaped how I move, how I listen, and how I understand the stage. It’s where I’ve always felt most at home .

With .official_’s SS’26 campaign Rangmanch, the strength and femininity of being a classical dancer are seen in their clothes. A reminder to be comfortable in one’s own skin.

Just a regular day. Recovered from Hyrox and back into training today.

7:30-8:45 : pool training
10:00-11:00 : strength training
11:00 -12:00 : random work
12:00-1:00 : stretching and yoga

Kongy wants to be engaged if I’m dancing or practising yoga. He has FOMO if I’m doing something by myself 👀

I participated in the hyrox pro women’s singles in Bangalore on Saturday and placed 1st in my age group. 😊

Thanks to my family for cheering me on. Wins are the best if you have family to share it with. Everyone at .physio for just being around when I’m training and pushing me. For showing up to simulations on Sundays

Just as Bharata is about to enter the fire, Rama returns as promised! May Rama enter all our hearts on this day of Ramanavami ♥️

Even as I watch this small clip from last years performance of “Rama”, I feel the emotions rise in me as Bharata. The music bringing the story alive.
