Recipe #2
Moringa soup:
In a pan add 2 tsp butter, add 1tsp of crushed pepper and crushed jeera seeds, 5 garlic cloves, 5 small onions, a handful of moringa leaves grind into a paste to it and then sautee it for 2 minutes. Add required salt and 3 glasses of water to it. You can add some cut vegetables like chow chow or bottle gourd to it. Cook it until the vegetable is done. You may also Cook this in a pressure cooker for 5 min. Delicious iron rich soup is ready to serve.

Recipe 1:
Drumstick leaves dosa:
In a pan, pour 1 tsp cooking oil, add a tsp of jeera seeds, pepper, 1 inch ginger or 5 to 6 garlic cloves, 2 red chillies, 5 shallots, and sautee it for 2 min, add two hand full of fresh drumstick leaves and sautee it for 5 min. Add a pinch of salt and mix. Cool the mixture and grind it to fine paste. Add this mixture to required amount of dosa batter and mix well. Now the batter is ready for moringa dosa. Prepare crispy dosa with this batter and enjoy wholesome nutrition along with coconut or tomato chutney.

Moringa leaf or drumstick leaves. Its season now! Its time to get its rich nutrients from now.

A healthy soup with almost all required nutrients in it. Protein, vitamins, minerals and fiber. Of course yummy too..
Recipe: Sautee 1 inch of shredded ginger, 4 cloves of chopped garlic, 100gm of chicken boneless small pieces in 1tsp of olive oil or butter, add 150 gm of bottle gourd cut into small cubes in it and boil these with 3 to 4 glasses of water. Add salt, pepper and lemon grass to oil for flavor. Boil until it is cooked. Finally add a handful of fresh drumstick leaves to it and boil for 2 min. Switch off the flame and enjoy a rich nutritious soup.
