Most people are familiar with routine blood tests like CBC, thyroid profile, blood sugar, and cholesterol levels.

But are these enough to give a complete picture of your health?

Many important health risks can go unnoticed because certain key markers are rarely checked unless specifically advised. One such marker is Homocysteine.

Elevated homocysteine levels have been associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease, stroke, and blood vessel damage. It can also provide clues about deficiencies of nutrients such as Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, and Folate, which play important roles in maintaining healthy metabolism and nerve function.

Similarly, markers such as hs-CRP (inflammation marker), magnesium levels, and other advanced parameters can often reveal underlying imbalances long before symptoms become obvious.
