9 th MAHARASHTRA STATE TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIP Under-17 age category held under the auspices of MSLTA at Endurance- MSLTA Marathwada Tennis Centre Divisional Sports Complex Garkheda Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad).
Already selected players from District and Divisional level from Maharashtra have participated in the said Tournament.

In the boys category, Mumbai's Keshav Nahata defeated Laksh Gujarati of Nashik (6-4, 6-3) in straight sets of the final match.
In the girls final, Mumbai's Sareena Rodricks defeated Mumbai's Gauri Mangaonkar (4-6, 6-2, 6-4) despite losing the First Set. Sareena Rodricks bounced back strongly and took the match to the Third Set.

The prizes were distributed at the hands of Mr. Bajirao Desai DSO CSN/Aurangabad, Mr. Chandrashekhar Gughe Sports Officer, Mr. Ashutosh Mishra (EMMTC- Center Head), Pravin Prasad (EMMTC-Head Coach), Praveen Gayasamudre (Tournament Supervisor), Mr. Gokul Tandale Ex-DSO and Officials Radhey Shyam Atpale & Manoj Jadhav were present on the occasion.

1. Kehshav Nahata(Mumbai) Beats Ansh*t Deshpande(Nashik) 5-4, 4-1
2. Laksh Gujarati (Nashik) beats Vir Singh Bala (Mumbai) 4-0, 5-4

1. Gauri Mangaonkar (Mumbai) beats Kavya Deshmukh(Pune) 4-0, 4-0
2. Sareena Rodricks (Mumbai) beats Shreya Pathare(Pune)- 4-2, 2-4, 4-2

Ksh*tij , Rajeshwaran lift titles at EMMTC under 14 Junior Tennis Nationals


Aurangabad, November 19: Top seeds Aradhya Ksh*tij of Karnataka and Maaya Rajeshwaran of Tamil Nadu lift titles at the EMMTC Junior National Tennis Nationals for Boys and Girls under 14 which will be conducted under the Auspices of the All India Tennis Association (AITA) and the Maharashtra State Lawn Tennis Association (MSLTA) at the EMMTC Tennis complex in Aurangabad.

In the boys singles final round top seed Aradhya Ksh*tij of Karnataka outplayed fourth seeded Showrya Samala of Tamil Nadu 6-2, 6-4 to claim the title, while in the girls group top seed Tamil Nadu girl Maaya Rajeshwaran scored 7-6(1), 6-0 win over her statemet second seeded Harithashree Venkatesh to lift the title.

In the doubles finals in boys event third seeded pair Showrya Samala of Telangana and Vedant Bhasin of Maharashtra outplayed Karnataka duo Shourya Kallambella and M Diganth 6-4,6-1 to claim a doubles title. In the girls doubles final Tamil Nadu duo top seed pair Harithashree Venkatesh and Diya Ramesh register 6-1,6-4 win over fourth seeded Maaya Rajeshwaran of Tamil Nadu and Snigdha Ruhil of Haryana to lift the doubles title.

The Singles winners got a trophy and 200 points while the runner up got a trophy and 150 points and gift hampers from Enerzal respectively.Prizes were given away at the hands of Colonel Kishor Bhagwat Commanding officer (Maratha Light Infantry ), Sub/Maj. Jasbeer Singh, AITA Supervisor Vaihsali Shekatkar, Sanjay Datta, Ashutosh Mishra, Pravin Prasad, Pravin Gaisamudre, Gajendra Bhosle,Shankar Labade, Radheyshyam Atpale, Dr. Ashwini Jaiswal were present on the occasion.

औंरंगाबाद, दि 19 नोव्हेंबर 2022: ईएमएमटीसी तर्फे आयोजित व एआयटीए व एमएसएलटीए यांच्या मान्यतेखाली ईएमएमटीसी 14 वर्षाखालील राष्ट्रीय टेनिस अजिंक्यपद स्पर्धेत मुलांच्या गटात अव्वल मानांकीत कर्नाटकच्या आराध्या क्षितिज व तमिळनाडूच्या माया राजेश्वरन यांनी आपापल्या प्रतिस्पर्ध्यांचा पराभव करत एकेरीचे विजेतेपद पटकावले.

ईएमएमटीसी टेनिस कॉम्प्लेक्स औंरंगाबाद येथे पार पडलेल्या या स्पर्धेत मुलांच्या गटात विजेतेपदासाठीच्या लढतीत कर्नाटक अव्वल मानांकीत आराध्या क्षितिज याने तेलंगणाच्या चौथ्या मानांकीत शौर्या समालाचा 6-2, 6-4 असा तर मुलींच्या गटात तमिळनाडूच्या अव्वल मानांकीत माया राजेश्वरन हीने आपल्या राज्यसहकारी दुस-या मानांकीत हरिताश्री व्यंकटेशचा 7-6(1), 6-0 असा संघर्षपुर्ण लढतीत पराभव करत विजेतेपद पटकावले.

दुहेरीच्या विजेतेपदाच्या लढतीत मुलांच्या गटात तिसरी मानांकीत जोडी महाराष्ट्राच्या वेदांत भसीनने तेलंगणाच्या शोर्य समलाच्या साथीत कर्नाटकच्या शौर्य कल्लंबेला व एम दिगंथ यांचा 6-4,6-1असा पराभव करत विजेतेपद पटकावले. मुलींच्या गटात तमिळनाडूच्या हरिताश्री व्यंकटेश व दिया रमेश या अव्वल मानांकीत जोडीने तमिळनाडूच्या माया राजेश्वरन व हरयाणाच्या स्निग्धा रुहिल या चौथ्या मानांकीत जोडीचा 6-1,6-4 असा पराभव करत दुहेरीचे विजेतेपद पटकावले.

स्पर्धेतील विजेत्या खेळाडूंना करंडक व 200 एआईटीए गुण तर उपविजेत्या खेळाडूंना करंडक व 150 एआयटीए गुण अशी पारितोषिके देण्यात आली.तसेच एर्नझल कडून आकर्षक भेटवस्तू देण्यात आल्या. स्पर्धेचे पारितोषिक वितरण कर्नल किशोर भागवत, जसबीर सिंग यांच्या हस्ते करण्यात आले. यावेळी एआयटीए सुपरवायझर वैशाली शेकटकर, संजय दत्ता, आशूतोष मिश्रा, प्रविण प्रसाद, प्रविण गायसमुद्रे, गजेंद्र भोसले, शंकर लबाडे, राधेशाम अटपले, डॉ. अश्विनी जैसवाल आदी मान्यवर उपस्थित होते.

Adkar, Tyagi are 14 National Tennis Champions

Mumbai, March 20: Asmi Adkar of Maharashtra and Krish Tyagi of Karnataka were crowned the new AITA Girls and Boys under 14 national Champions at the AITA -MSLTA Under 14 National Championships which concluded at the Maharashtra State Lawn Tennis Association (MSLTA) at their GA Ranade Tennis complex.

In the girls Under 14 singles Fourteenth seeded Asmi Adkar came back from loss of the first set to down Sohini Mohanty of Odisha 1-6, 6-4, 6-2 an 8th standard student of Abhinav Vidyalaya English Medium School Asmi practices at Bounce Tennis Academy under coach Kedar Shah. Recently she won double crown under 16 CS at Ahmedabad and also won Under 14 National Series which held at Haryana.

In the Boys Under 14 finals Kriish Tyagi of Karnataka upset top seeded Pranav Rethin RS of Tamil Nadu 6-4, 7-6(5) in a close match , a 8th standard student of Silver Oaks International School second seeded Kriish practices at Sol N Sports academy under coach Suraj Bikkanavar.

The winners were given prizes and trophies sponsored by Enerzal at the hands of Manoj Vaidya CEO MSLTA and AITA Supervisor Vaishali Kannamwar and Referee Sonal Vaidya . It was the second nationals held in Two weeks conducted by MSLTA and held with out any Incident

Aryanka Kade and Atharva Shinde of our Endurance MSLTA Marathwada Tennis Centre will be representing the Maharashtra School State Team at the Nationals at No. 1 position as they both have won the Finals of the School State Tennis Tournament which held at Solapur last week .
Also Veera Tandale of our EMMTC centre has gained 2nd position by reaching the finals , she will be representing the Maharashtra State team.
School Nationals games is going to be held at Gujrat next month .
