Healthy cake at home| Better then bakery cake
Healthy Oats Jowar Almond Cake
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Oats
1/2 cup Jowar/ sorghum flour
1/2 cup Almond flour (urban platter)
3/4 cup Dates soaked in 1 cup Milk for 30 minutes
1/4 cup curd
1/4 cup Oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp mix seeds
2 tbsp nuts
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Soak dates in milk for 30 minutes. Now in a mixer jar add oats, jowar flour, curd , oil and dates soaked in milk. Blend it in smooth paste. Now add essence, almond flour, baking powder and soda. Add some nuts and milk if required. Now pour this batter into 6*6 inch square tin and tap for 3-4 times. Sprinkle more seeds and nuts. Bake it for 50 minutes on low flame . In oven for 50 minutes on 180c.

Baingan /Brinjal
Potato
Basic spices
Oil
Cut the brinjal and potatoes and sprinkle salt as shown. Fry in hot oil and sprinkle masalas.
