تصميم شقة دوبلكس طابقين في منطقة الريحان، بمفهوم عصري راقٍ يجمع بين الفخامة والراحة بتناغم مدروس في كل تفصيل. تم توزيع الفراغات بانسيابية لتعزيز الشعور بالاتساع والضوء الطبيعي، مع ربط الطابقين بسلم داخلي بتفاصيل معمارية أنيقة تشكّل عنصرًا بصريًا مميزًا في قلب المنزل.

تم تصميم التراس الخارجي كمنطقة جلوس حول النار لتكون نقطة تجمع دافئة ومميزة، مع تخصيص منطقة باربكيو متكاملة تناسب أجواء الضيافة والحياة اليومية. كما تم تخصيص منطقة خاصة للكلاب داخل المنزل تراعي الراحة والعملية وتنسجم مع الهوية العامة للتصميم دون الإخلال بجمالية الفراغ.

الطابق الثاني هو الطابق الرئيسي لغرف النوم، حيث تم تصميم جناح ماستر متكامل بعناية عالية ليمنح الخصوصية والراحة مع تفاصيل راقية تعكس الفخامة الهادئة.

Our latest interior design project
A two-level duplex apartment in Al Rihan, designed with a refined contemporary concept that balances elegance and comfort in every detail. The layout was carefully planned to enhance openness and natural light, with a statement staircase connecting both levels as a striking architectural feature.

The outdoor terrace was designed as a cozy fire pit seating area, complemented by a dedicated BBQ zone ideal for gatherings and everyday living. A special dog area was thoughtfully integrated within the home, combining functionality with seamless aesthetic harmony.

The second floor serves as the main bedroom level, featuring a carefully designed master suite that offers privacy, comfort, and refined details reflecting understated luxury.

تصميم معرض مجوهرات ذهب وألماس – روبي

نفخر بتقديم أحدث مشاريعنا، تصميم معرض مجوهرات يحمل اسم روبي — الاسم المستوحى من الياقوتة الحمراء، رمز الفخامة والندرة والقيمة العالية.

تم اعتماد لون Burgundy كلون رئيسي في التصميم ليعكس هوية الاسم ويجسد عمق الألماسة الحمراء وقوة حضورها، مع دمجه بلمسات ذهبية وإضاءة مدروسة بعناية لإبراز بريق الذهب ولمعان الألماس بأعلى درجات الفخامة.

في الواجهة الخارجية، تم اعتماد الـ French style بتفاصيله الراقية وخطوطه الكلاسيكية المتجددة، ليمنح معرض روبي حضوراً معمارياً مميزاً يلفت الانتباه من اللحظة الأولى ويعكس قيمة المحتوى الداخلي.

ركزنا في التصميم الداخلي على:
• توزيع مدروس لحركة الزوار بانسيابية عالية
• خزائن عرض زجاجية بإطارات معدنية فاخرة
• إضاءة احترافية مخصصة لإظهار نقاء الذهب ولمعان الألماس
• دمج الخامات الفاخرة بين الرخام، المرايا، والكسوات المخملية

مشروع يعكس هوية بصرية قوية وتجربة تسوق راقية تليق باسم روبي.

Jewelry Boutique Design – RUBY

We proudly present our latest project: the design of RUBY jewelry boutique — inspired by the red gemstone symbolizing rarity, prestige, and timeless elegance.

The Burgundy color was carefully selected as the main design theme to reflect the brand identity and embody the depth and richness of a red diamond. Gold accents and precisely engineered lighting enhance the brilliance of gold and diamonds, creating a luxurious atmosphere.

For the exterior façade, the French style was adopted to deliver refined detailing and elegant classical lines, giving RUBY a distinctive architectural presence and a powerful first impression.

The interior concept focused on:
• Seamless customer circulation
• Premium glass showcases with refined metallic frames
• Specialized lighting to highlight gold purity and diamond brilliance
• A luxurious material palette combining marble, mirrors, and velvet textures

A project that embodies sophistication, identity, and a premium shopping experience worthy of the name RUBY.

آخر أعمالنا في التصميم الخارجي – تصميم حديقة خارجية لفيلا في مدينة عرعرة الداخل، على مساحة أرض تقارب 1100 متر مربع.

ركزنا في هذا المشروع على خلق تجربة خارجية متكاملة تجمع بين الفخامة والطبيعة الهادئة، حيث تم الحفاظ على عدد كبير من الأشجار القائمة ودمجها ضمن التكوين التصميمي لإضفاء إحساس بالنضج الطبيعي والهوية الأصيلة للمكان.

تم تصميم مساحات خضراء واسعة بتوزيع مدروس يمنح الخصوصية والانسيابية بالحركة، مع إضافة جلسات خارجية متنوعة تناسب أوقات العائلة والاستقبال.
العنصر البصري الأبرز في المشروع كان حوض سمك كوي كبير بتصميم مميز، ليكون نقطة جذب أساسية تضيف لمسة فنية وحيوية وتعكس روح الهدوء والرفاهية.

تصميم خارجي يعكس أسلوب حياة راقٍ… حيث تتحول الحديقة إلى امتداد حقيقي لدفء المنزل وأناقة تفاصيله.

Dare to Be Different ✨

Our latest exterior design project – Landscape design for a private villa in Arraba (Arab Al-Dakhel), built on a land area of approximately 1100 sqm.

The concept focused on creating a luxurious yet serene outdoor experience. A large number of existing trees were preserved and thoughtfully integrated into the design to maintain the natural maturity and authentic character of the space.

Spacious green areas were carefully distributed to ensure privacy and smooth circulation, complemented by multiple outdoor seating zones suitable for family gatherings and hosting.
The highlight of the project is a large Koi fish pond designed as a focal feature, adding movement, elegance, and a sense of tranquility to the landscape.

An exterior design that reflects refined living… where the garden becomes a true extension of the home’s elegance and warmth.

تصميم معرض بلاط في مدينة رام الله على مساحة تقارب 1000 م²، اعتمدنا فيه أسلوبًا مودرن وعصري بلمسة جريئة من الستايل الصناعي (Industrial Style).
تم التركيز على اختيار ألوان حيادية ومدروسة تُبرز أنواع البلاط المختلفة وتُظهر تفاصيلها وخاماتها بأفضل شكل ممكن، مع دمج عناصر خام مثل الحديد، الخرسانة، والإضاءة التقنية لتعزيز الطابع الصناعي للمكان.

A ceramic and tile showroom design in Ramallah, spanning approximately 1000 sqm, where we adopted a modern and contemporary concept enhanced by bold industrial style elements.

ركزنا في التصميم على وضوح الحركة داخل المعرض، إبراز قطع الملابس بطريقة مدروسة، وخلق تجربة بصرية مريحة تعكس روح العلامة التجارية وتلفت انتباه الزوار من اللحظة الأولى.
