Last week we held our "Mind The Gap" event at Google for Startups Israel in partnership with Power In Diversity.
We shed light on the challenges faced by women in the workforce, including insights from our platform on gender pay gaps in Israel's tech ecosystem.
In a nutshell- women earn less in C-level roles, have a lower chance of being promoted in specific sectors, and are more loyal to the workforce than men. Ironic? Indeed.

Despite its reputation for innovation and growth, Israel's tech sector is facing significant pay gaps, particularly for women who make up a great portion of the workforce.
Luckily, the Israeli government has implemented the Wage Transparency Law, requiring companies with over 518 employees to disclose an annual report on gender pay gaps by June 2023.
As we encourage companies of any size to level the playing field, we are hosting a meetup with Power In Diversity on effective tools for measuring pay gaps and best practices for bridging the divide and promoting workforce equality.
